A digital heritage platform dedicated to honouring local stories through innovative technology, Ceritalah offers ways to plan your travels, connect with communities, support local initiatives and immerse yourself in places with the latest in XR and augmented reality technology. Deepen your understanding of heritage and culture in Malaysia and join us in the discovery of untold stories and hidden gems.
Ceritalah is a project by Think City, produced by Maitree House under the Northern Region Archaeotourism Network (NRAN) programme funded by the Ministry of Finance.
Statement from Think City
Ceritalah is part of Think City’s broader initiative exploring how education, heritage, and urban planning intersect in contemporary cities. It investigates how emerging technologies can bring heritage sites to life, while piloting innovative approaches to engage local communities in creating platforms that promote awareness and learning about the places they call home. At the heart of the project is a celebration of living heritage, showing how the stories of the past continue to shape and enrich our present.
Think City is an impact organisation established in 2009 to create more sustainable and equitable places for the benefit of all. Our knowledge, skills and strategies focus on urban solutions, the environment, social communities, and the cultural economy.
